  • Inbetriebnahme und Service von komplexen feinmechanischen und optoelektronischen Geräten, zum Teil mit hohem Softwareanteil
  • Abnahmen von Anlagen und Systemen
  • Analysierung von Störungen sowie Durchführung der Problemlösungen
  • Durchführung von Kundenreparaturen sowohl im Werk als auch vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Erstellung von Kunden- und Gerätedokumentationen (Prüfprotokolle, Abnahmedokumentationen, Fehlerprotokolle, Befundberichte)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Service- und Prüfanweisungen sowie Anpassungen von Prüfsoftware beziehungsweise Betriebsmitteln
  • Durchführung und Sicherstellung der notwendigen Qualitätsprüfungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Montage

Die Bereitschaft zu Servicetätigkeiten bei Kunden im In- und Ausland wird vorausgesetzt.

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker (Fachrichtung Mechatronik/Elektronik) oder vergleichbar
  • Solide Kenntnisse in der Montage optoelektronischer Geräte
  • Löt- und Klebekenntnisse, idealerweise eine zertifizierte Löt-, Klebe- und Crimpschulung
  • Programmierkenntnisse vorteilhaft
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Softwaretools und Gerätesoftware
  • Selbständige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Souveränes Auftreten beim Kunden sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit internen Schnittstellenpartnern
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
