  • Aufgaben:
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen neuer Anlagen und Anlagenerweiterungen
  • Begleitung von Investitionsprojekten von der Planung bis zur Übergabe an die Produktion
  • Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen, Signalprüfungen und Anlagentests
  • Prüfung von Verfahrensfließbildern, technischen Zeichnungen und Projektdokumentationen
  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung in den Bereichen Mechanik, Verfahrenstechnik und Automatisierung
  • Koordination von Lieferanten, Dienstleistern und internen Fachbereichen
  • Dokumentation der Inbetriebnahme sowie Schulung und Unterstützung der Produktion
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemietechnik, Pharmatechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Chemie-, Petrochemie-, Pharma- oder Prozessindustrie sowie in Investitionsprojekten und Anlagenumbauten
  • Kenntnisse in Mess-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik sowie Automatisierungssystemen von Siemens
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Verfahrensfließbildern, technischen Zeichnungen und technischer Dokumentation
  • Kenntnisse im Explosionsschutz und in der Arbeitssicherheit
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
