### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der elektrischen und funktionalen Inbetriebnahme von PV‑ und BESS‑Anlagen
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Inbetriebnahmeaktivitäten auf der Baustelle, einschließlich der Steuerung von Subunternehmern sowie der Unterstützung beim Anlagenzertifikat gemäß DIN VDE 4110 bzw. DIN VDE 4120
  • Durchführung von System- und Schutzprüfungen sowie Parametrierung relevanter Komponenten zur Sicherstellung der Netzkonformität
  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen während der Inbetriebnahmephase, insbesondere bei komplexen Systemintegrationen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen, Netzanschlussrichtlinien und HSE‑Vorgaben
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Inbetriebnahmeprotokollen sowie technischer Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung und Durchführung von Abnahmen mit Kunden und Netzbetreibern
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Projektmanagement, Project Engineering und SCADA Engineer zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und termingerechten Projektabschlusses

### Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung sowie Praxiserfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von Energieanlagen
  • Kenntnisse in PV‑ und BESS‑Systemen sowie deren Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Mittelspannung, Schutztechnik und Netzanschluss (inkl. relevanter Normen wie VDE und Anforderungen von Netzbetreibern) ebenso in der Durchführung und Koordination von Inbetriebnahmen
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit, insbesondere bei Entscheidungen unter Zeitdruck während der Inbetriebnahmephase sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Abstimmungsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen insbesondere im Umgang mit Kunden, Netzbetreibern sowie internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft, um auch in projektdynamischen und internationalen Umgebungen effizient arbeiten zu können
  • Sie agieren auf Basis eines klaren Wertesystems, in dem Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Wertschätzung einen festen Platz haben
