Du möchtest komplexe High-Tech-Anlagen zum Leben erwecken und direkt erleben, wie aus Konstruktion und Software funktionierende Systeme werden? Als Inbetriebnehmer Sondermaschinenbau / High-Tech-Anlagen (all genders) bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Automatisierung und Engineering. Du arbeitest überwiegend am Standort und begleitest anspruchsvolle Anlagen bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Dabei erwarten dich abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einem innovativen Technologieumfeld.

  • Du übernimmst die Inbetriebnahme von High-Tech-Anlagen nach der Übergabe aus der Produktion.
  • Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Automatisierungstechnik während der Inbetriebnahmephase.
  • Du stellst das reibungslose Zusammenspiel von Hard- und Software sicher und unterstützt die Systemintegration.
  • Du führst I/O-Checks sowie Funktions- und Systemtests gemäß den technischen Spezifikationen durch.
  • Du analysierst, lokalisierst und behebst elektrische sowie mechanische Störungen eigenständig.
  • Du bereitest Anlagen für die nachfolgenden Automatisierungs- und Produktionsprozesse vor.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Engineering, Konstruktion und Projektmanagement zusammen und bringst Optimierungsvorschläge ein.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Auch Berufseinsteiger:innen sind willkommen
  • Technisches Verständnis für Sondermaschinenbau und komplexe Anlagen
  • Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, idealerweise in der Regelungs- und Messtechnik
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude an praktischen technischen Aufgaben
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2)

Optional:

  • Erste Erfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme, Automatisierung oder im technischen Service
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit industriellen Steuerungs- oder Antriebssystemen
  • Kenntnisse in der Fehleranalyse komplexer technischer Systeme
