Inbound&Out bound Quality Team Leader

Main Tasks

• •Lead and develop the Inbound&outbound quality team to manage the supplier quality per global supplier quality strategy/guidelines/processes
• •Lead the team to manage supplier audits
• •Work with procurement for new supplier qualification, development
• •Lead the team to realize supplier quality control plan for key material category, ensuring sufficient material qualificiation
• •Lead the team to work with procurement on supplier quality performance evaluation and improvement
• •Lead the supplier quality improvement projects for profitup, ensuring stable quality is supplied
• •Work with development, procurement on R&D project/new product quality
• •Work with supply chain on change management at supplier side
• •Other Tasks assigned by manager or global quality projects.

Competencies

Function relative Knowledge and Skills

• •Strong organizational & communication skills and leadership ability to drive improvement within the team
• •Quality tools such as 8D, FMEA and APQP are preferred.
• •Be sensitive/critical thinking to deviations/ potential risks and the ability to solve the problem

• Requirements
• Education

Bachelor diploma in Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.

Experience

• •3+ years experience in the manufacture of mechanical/machining parts background
• •2+ years management experience in the leader position of Process/Supplier Quality
• •Experience in Quality tools (5 whys, 8D, FMEA, APQP…) and risk management is preferred

• •Communication in English and coordination skills are required.
• •Strong driven for good results, solution and continuous improvement.
