What you will do in this role

As an Inbound Sales Representative on our team, you will:

• - Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial business Development of customers acquired / profiled on line Account management of gold customers and partners
• - Perform OB calls to customers to develop and acquire new business (it is in addition to call back for support tasks)
• - Login all customer contacts in the CRM system in use at the time
• - Give feedback on sales activity Skills for the Specialist
• - Identify right contacts at customers
• - Track, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline

• - Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch with an advanced English level
• - Have one year of related sales experience
• - Have excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skills
• - Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization
• - Can demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
• - Can establish an individual course of action to accomplish goals while using appropriate
