Access-Management

Verwalten der Zugriffsrechte, insbesondere für AEM, Analytics und Kollaborations-

Tools

Überwachung der grundlegenden Funktionalität von Plattform und Portalen

Nutzen und erweitern der Überwachungssysteme wie New Relic, Grafana, Dynatrace

und Kibana

Service Requests und Demand-Management

Koordinieren von Zeitplänen und Priorisieren von Anfragen effizient

Welche Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten sollten vorhanden sein?

Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang

Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich der Business- und Prozessanalyse mit Schwerpunkt auf dem

Abstimmen von Fachvorgaben über die Festlegung der IT-Anforderungen, der Durchführung

von Tests und auf Betreuung und Reporting in Produktion

Erste Erfahrungen im Incidentmanagement

Fähigkeit, umfangreiche Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse ganzheitlich zu betrachten

Ausgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen und hohe Affinität für

technische Zusammenhänge im IT-Bereich, sowie Problemlösungskompetenz

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Umsetzungskonzepten und Geschäftsregeln

Erfahrung in Softwaremodellierung und sicherer Umgang mit SQL

Stark ausgeprägte Kommunikations- Koordinations- und Teamfähigkeit

Präsentationssicherheit auf Managementebene

Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit
