Introducción:

Acerca del Rol:

Es responsable de verificar que los productos fabricados cumplan con los requisitos del cliente y que los procesos estén bajo control.

Que Haras:

  • Inspección de la primera pieza
  • Monitorear las condiciones ambientales clave para el proceso, como la temperatura, la humedad, están dentro de las especificaciones
  • Inspeccionar las características clave durante el proceso de fabricación
  • Verificar el etiquetado de los productos
  • Segregar material no conforme
  • Inspecciones visuales, realizar pruebas subjetivas
  • Realización de pruebas dimensionales a producto

Quien eres:

  • Carrera técnica en Calidad, Manufactura o Industrial (deseable)
  • Experiencia en manufactura o ambiente industrial
  • Conocimiento de muestreo ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 o equivalente
  • Elaboración de reportes de no conformidad (NCR)
  • Microsoft Excel / Outlook / Teams / Powerpoint
  • BPCS
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
  • Resolución efectiva de problemas
