035142 Indirect Material Purchaser (Operational Support) (Open)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• •Support indirect procurement processes through coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers, including creating business partner records and purchase orders in the system
• •Prepare and issue waybills for shipments in line with operational requirements
• •Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of inbound and outbound material movements in the system
• •Manage warehouse material flow and support smooth operational execution
• •Monitor inventory levels and proactively ensure timely replenishment
• •Support reporting activities related to procurement, inventory, and shipment data

Education, Experience, Skills

• •Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field
• •Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish
• •Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• •Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support or similar roles
• •Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable mindset
• •Proficient in MS Office applications
• •Strong team player with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
