Come Indoor Sales , entrerai in un team dedicato alla gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio Clienti.

Le tue responsabilità :

  • Gestire e fidelizzare i clienti già acquisiti
  • Elaborare offerte spot e fornire quotazioni ai clienti
  • Supportare i clienti interni nella gestione delle richieste
  • Analizzare le quotazioni spot e gestire l’elenco degli acquirenti
  • Collaborare con altre filiali e corrispondenti per individuare le migliori soluzioni per i clienti
  • Lavorare a stretto contatto con il reparto operativo per garantire un servizio efficiente e di qualità

What You Bring:

Cerchiamo una persona con:

  • Esperienza pregressa nel settore della logistica e trasporti
  • Orientamento al cliente
  • Problem solving
  • Orientamento agli obiettivi
  • Adattabilità
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
