Multiple Positions Available:
- 1. Serve as the Single Threaded Leader for operational growth and performance initiatives
- 2. Remove bottlenecks and accelerate the expansion of operational capacity.
- 3. Evaluate performance objectives and metrics across the network to proactively identify process improvement opportunities.
- 4. Identify key risks across the operation; build and execute a prioritized roadmap of mitigation and contingency plans.
- 5. Own cost reduction initiatives for sustaining processes.
- 6. Influence overall terminal strategy and stakeholders beyond your direct scope
- 7. Domestic and international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required

Basic qualifications
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or a related discipline and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in industrial or mechanical engineering. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or a related discipline followed by 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation in the job offered or a related occupation in industrial or mechanical engineering.
- Experience must include:
- 1) 3 years of experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing.
- 2) 3 years of experience with process design based on Lean Principles
- 3) 3 years of experience in system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analyses, statistical analyses, reliability analyses, and decision making.
- 4) 3 years of experience in management of engineering design projects.
- 5) 3 years of experience using quantitative and qualitative data to drive improvements.
The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $153858 - $178800 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
