Deshalb suchen wir schnellstmöglich Sie in Mörfelden-Walldorf als:

Industrial Engineer – Arbeitsvorbereitung & Dokumentation (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Du erstellst und pflegst Arbeitspläne, Stücklisten, Stammdaten und Prüfanweisungen
  • Du stellst konsistente Daten in ERP-, PIM- und MES-Systemen sicher
  • Du führst Readiness-Checks vor dem Serienstart durch
  • Du betreust und steuerst Serienanläufe (Ramp-Up)
  • Du arbeitest in APQP-Projekten mit und erstellst PFMEA, Kontrollpläne sowie PPAP-/FAI-Unterlagen
  • Du stimmst Dich eng mit Technik, Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf und QM ab

Das sollten Sie Mitbringen:

  • Du hast eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (Techniker/Meister) oder ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. Ä.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in Arbeitsvorbereitung, Industrialisierung, Serienanlauf oder Qualität im produzierenden Umfeld mit
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP oder MS Dynamics)
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Stammdatenmanagement und kennst gängige Qualitätsmethoden (APQP, PFMEA, PPAP etc.)
  • Du beherrschst Excel sicher
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch ist ein Plus
