Über den Bereich

• Für den Bereich „Industrial Engineering" suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen "Industrial Engineer - Integration(w/m/d)" für den Standort Laichingen.
• Das Team „Industrial Engineering" (ca. 10 Mitarbeiter) innerhalb der Abteilung ist verantwortlich für die industrielle Fertigbarkeit der HENSOLDT eigenen Produkte. Dies um fasst den Entwicklungsprozess im Rahmen des „Concurrent Engineerings", die Serienanlaufphase, wie auch die robuste und skalierfähige Serienproduktion von Bestandsprodukten. Industrial Engineering ist dafür verantwortlich, Produkte termingerecht, qualitätsgesichert und kosteneffizient von der Konzeptphase in eine stabile Serienproduktion zu überführen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• •Unterstützung des Project Managers Industrialisierung bei der operativen Umsetzung des Industrialisierungsprozesses im eigenen Leistungsbereich
• •Analyse, Bewertung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Flexibilität
• •Definition, Spezifikation und Freigabe von Prozessen, Betriebsmitteln und Infrastruktur für neue Produkte
• •Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung, Validierung und Pflege der Produktstruktur und relevanter Fertigungsdokumente
• •Überwachung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten Bereitstellung aller notwendigen Ressourcen
• •Entwicklung und Monitoring von KPIs sowie Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen

Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen wird vorausgesetzt.

Ihr Profil

• •Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
• •Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Integration
• •Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
• •Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP, insbesondere in den Bereichen ERP und PLM
• •Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• •Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• •Sicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen
