### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse, Planung und Optimierung von Montageprozessen unter Anwendung industrieller Methoden in Bezug auf Qualität, Kosten, Effizienz und Ergonomie
  • Sicherstellung wettbewerbsfähiger Herstellkosten sowie nachhaltige Reduzierung von Non-Quality-Costs
  • Kalkulation und Optimierung von Prozesszeiten sowie Erstellung von Montagekonzepten und Fertigungslayouts
  • Termin- und kostengerechte Industrialisierung neuer Produkte
  • Koordination und Umsetzung von Produkt- und Prozessänderungen gemäß definiertem Änderungsmanagementprozess
  • Umsetzung technologischer Vorgaben aus der Entwicklung in die Montage sowie Initiierung und Bewertung neuer Fertigungstechnologien
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung produktionsrelevanter Unterlagen im ERP-System zur Sicherstellung einer stabilen Prozessfähigkeit

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Industrial Engineering, vorzugsweise in der Montage oder Serienfertigung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean-Production-Methoden, Prozessanalyse und Produktionsplanung
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung neuer Produkte sowie in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und idealerweise mit CAD-Tools
  • Analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie hohe technische Affinität
