  • Unter ihrem Dach vereint die KW automotive mehrere erfolgreiche Marken. Dazu gehört eine der beliebtesten und größten Marken im Fahrwerksgeschäft: KW suspensions – Hersteller für Aftermarket, OEM und Motorsport.

## Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Auslegung, Industrialisierung und Standardisierung von Montageprozessen
  • Durchführung von Prozess-FMEAs zur Identifikation und Minimierung von Risiken
  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Montage- und Prozessstandards
  • Bewertung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungspotenzialen in der Montage
  • Fachliche Koordination und Begleitung von Automatisierungs- und Optimierungsprojekten
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse hinsichtlich Stabilität, Effizienz und Ergonomie
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung zukunftsfähiger Produktions- und Montagelösungen

## Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Industrial Engineering, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld sowie in der Prozessoptimierung und Industrialisierung von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen FMEA und Automatisierungstechnik *von Vorteil*
  • Technisches Verständnis für Montage- und Fertigungsprozesse
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
