  • Position: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (M/W/D) DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL Betreuung
  • von Entwicklungs- und Industrialisierungsprojekten inkl.
  • fertigungsgerechter Prozessauslegung, Prototypenfertigung,
  • Serienanlauf sowie Qualifizierung und Übergabe stabiler
  • Herstellprozesse in die Serie Entwicklung und Beauftragung von
  • Vorrichtungen und Fertigungshilfsmitteln Verantwortung für fachliche
  • und prozesstechnische Prüfung von Änderungsanträgen Erstellen und
  • erweitern von präzisen Prozessbeschreibungen, PFMEAs und
  • Prüfkonzepten unter Einhaltung von Qualitätsvorgaben (AUs, PAPs,
  • Flow-Charts, Fertigungsvorschriften u.a.) Weiterentwicklung der
  • Wertströme und der Layoutplanung nach Lean-Grundsätzen Systematische
  • Analyse von Qualitätsproblemen inkl. Ursachenidentifikation, Sofort-
  • und Abstellmaßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit der Fertigung, Qualität
  • und dem Engineering DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossenes
  • technisches Studium, z.B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik,
  • Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich
  • Industrial Engineering Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für
  • komplexe Montageprozesse der Elektromechanik Sehr gute Kenntnisse in
  • Lean-Management, Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Kenntnisse in MTM und REFA Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • wünschenswert Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office Selbstständige
  • und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikations- und
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, Belastbarkeit Hohe analytische Auffassungsgabe
  • und fachliche Kompetenz im Shopfloor Management Verhandlungssichere
