Industrial Finance Manager

Your responsibilities:

• •Active cooperation with the factory management to optimise financial performance and achieve business targets.
• •Comprehensive management of financial projects, including control of costs, investments and operational efficiency.
• •Oversight of internal control processes (inventory, procurement, compliance with IFRS 16, balance sheet).
• •Initiating and implementing cost-saving programmes in collaboration with the operations department.
• •Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and ongoing cost analysis.
• •Developing and implementing long-term financial strategies for the plant.
• •Providing analyses to support key strategic decisions.
• •Participating in central-level transformation and development projects aimed at strengthening financial capabilities within the organisation.

Our requirements:

• •A university degree in finance, economics or a related discipline.
• •At least 3 years’ experience in roles directly related to finance within manufacturing companies
• •Experience in managing financial projects.
• •Experience in team management would be an advantage.
• •Communicative level of English (minimum B2).
• •Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• •Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
• •Proactive and able to work independently.
