Industrial Maintenance Technician

Description

Fitesa is seeking a maintenance technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment whether it be electrical or mechanical.

Pay: $24+

Shift: Monday-Friday OR Wednesday-Sunday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements

• •High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• •At least 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

What you will do:

• •Perform maintenance skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
• •Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• •Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities
• •Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
• •Perform a weekly checklist for machines and facilities.
• •Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• •Assist painting, carpentry, concrete, plumbing and masonry work
• •Assist in electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures
• •Assist in Basic HVAC maintenance activities.
• •Other duties, activities or responsibilities as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• •Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs
• •Stand and walk for extended periods
• •Work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• •Work around varying temperatures
• •Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision as well as depth perception and ability to adjust focus
