OUR TEAM

In the Industrial Engineering Team, we aim to improve manufacturing performance by optimizing resources, strengthening industrial engineering fundamentals, and enabling teams to continuously improve the way they work.

MISSION

In this role, he/she/they will:

1. Drive productivity and operational improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall operational performance.

2. Optimize capacity and resources: Apply Industrial Engineering methodologies to analyze activities, working time, headcount, machine requirements, and capacity to ensure resources are effectively utilized.

3. Lead change and build continuous improvement capabilities: Collaborate with operational teams to implement change successfully, share best practices, and develop teams' long-term capability to independently drive improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying and implementing productivity and performance improvement opportunities
  • Conducting activity analysis, time studies, and workload assessment
  • Developing and maintaining activity and performance monitoring tools
  • Supporting the Site/Activity Progress Plan and contributing improvement opportunities
  • Facilitating continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
  • Ensuring Industrial Engineering standards, methodologies, and fundamentals are sustainably applied

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience or strong knowledge in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, productivity improvement, or continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of time study, capacity analysis, workforce planning, and productivity analysis
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with shopfloor and cross-functional teams
  • Business proficiency in Thai and English

Preferred

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, DMAIC, or other continuous improvement methodologies
