Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden in ganz Europa, sowohl bestehende als auch potenzielle, per Telefon und E-Mail.
  • Durchführung der gesamten Auftragsabwicklung von der Verfügbarkeitsprüfung bis zur Rechnungsstellung.
  • Erstellung von Gut- und Lastschriften. •Organisation der Logistik im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Überprüfung und Abwicklung von Speditionsrechnungen. •Erstellung notwendiger Exportdokumente. •Zusammenarbeit mit Zollbehörden zur Klärung von Zoll- und Ausfuhrfragen.
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, einschließlich Rücksendungen und Korrekturen von Rechnungen. •Überwachung der Vertragserfüllung und Durchführung von Mahnverfahren.
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten wie das Erstellen von Langzeitlieferantenerklärungen und die Pflege von Kundendaten
