Ihre Aufgaben

  • Umfassende Betreuung der übertragenen Warengruppen im Beschaffungsprozess entsprechend der Vorgaben und Richtlinien des Unternehmens
  • Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Einholung von Angeboten einschließlich der Zusammenstellung aller notwendigen technischen und qualitätsrelevanten Dokumente
  • Angebotsauswertung unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Kosten, Prozesse und Abläufe für C- und definierte A- und B-Teile
  • Selbständiges Führen von Verhandlungen, zum Teil auch in einer Fremdsprache, über Mengen, Preise, Liefertermine und –bedingungen; Abschluss von Verträgen/ Mengenkontrakten sowie Bestellauslösung
  • Selbständige Auslösung und Verfolgung von Abrufen, auf der Grundlage von Mengenkontrakten und Vorgaben vom Einkaufsleiter und den strategischen Einkäufern
  • Selbständige Auftragsverfolgung (Bearbeitung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Eintragung in Bestellungen); bei Abweichung Abstimmung mit Einkaufsleiter, Fertigung und anderen involvierten Funktionsbereichen
  • Kontinuierliche Bearbeitung der Bestellanforderungen im SAP
  • Vorausschauende Terminverfolgung unter Nutzung der Mahn-/ Dispoliste
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Lieferanten zur Erreichung der Ziele
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der logistischen Abläufe mit Lieferanten
  • Vorschlagserarbeitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Bestandsreduzierung
  • Anlage und Pflege von Materialsachstämmen in SAP

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (fachspezifisch im Bereich Einkauf oder Logistik)
  • Sehr gute MS Office und SAP- Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Konfliktfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen und teamübergreifendes Denken
