Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Industriekaufmann/-frau m/w/d zur Verstärkung unseres Büros in Vollzeit und Festanstellung.
- Anforderungsprofil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau
- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zuverlässig, teamfähig, hohe Eigeninitiative
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- selbstständiges, systematisches und genaues Arbeitsweise
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Branchenkenntnisse im Bereich Holz und/oder Sägerei
- Gute Kenntnisse in Mathematik sowie Office (Excel/Word)
- Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
- Aufgaben:
- Kompetente und zuverlässige Betreuung unserer Kunden, sowie Kundenberatung per Telefon, E-Mail oder vor Ort
- Angebotserstellung
- Auftragsannahme und Auftragsabwicklung
- Überwachung der Kundenaufträge
- Arbeitsvorbereitung und Disposition
- Bearbeitung des allgemeinen Schriftverkehrs
- Verwaltungsarbeiten innerhalb der Abteilung
- Lagerbestandsverwaltung
- Bestellwesen
- Übersetzungen
