  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Niederlassungsleiter
  • Übernahme allgemeiner Sekretariats- und Assistenzaufgaben
  • Telefonservice sowie Organisation und Koordination von Terminen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Reportings, insbesondere zu Zulassungszahlen
  • Betreuung und Pflege von Kundenkontakten sowie Unterstützung bei kundenbezogenen Anliegen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung des allgemeinen Schriftverkehrs sowie von Serienbriefen
  • Erfassung und Pflege der jährlichen Inventurdaten
  • Organisation und Vorbereitung von Schulungen einschließlich der Schulungsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Prozessen sowie Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben innerhalb der Abteilung

## Dein Profil als Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) – Vollzeit in Fürth

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise im Nutzfahrzeug- oder Kfz-Umfeld, von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
