  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Berufserfahrung aus diesem Berufsfeld
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Lernbereitschaft und Motivation
  • Sowohl eigenständige Arbeitsweise als auch Teamfähigkeit
  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich beinhaltet:
  • Allgemeinen Bürotätigkeiten - Sortieren und Ablegen von Dokumenten, Kommunikation über Telefon und E-Mails, Terminabwicklung und organisatorischen Abläufe
  • Auftragsbearbeitung – Anfragenannahme, Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen, Arbeitsdokumenten, Faktura und Versandpapieren.
  • Materialbestandsprüfung und -bestellung
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
