Zur Verstärkung unseres Unternehmens suchen wir am Standort Düsseldorf ab sofort einen

CMMS Administrator (w/m/d)

in Vollzeit. Die Stelle ist bis zum 31. März 2028 befristet. Als CMMS Administrator /w/m/d) sorgst Du dafür, dass unser Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) stets aktuell, GMP-konform und qualitätsgerecht geführt wird. Du unterstützt die technischen Bereiche durch eine sorgfältige Pflege der Anlagen- und Wartungsdaten und trägst damit wesentlich zur Sicherstellung unserer Compliance- und Instandhaltungsprozesse bei.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Sicherstellung der GMP-Konformität von Anlagen und Equipment sowie der Datenqualität im CMMS-System
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Verwaltung von Anlagen- und Stammdaten im CMMS
  • Verarbeitung und Aktualisierung von CMMS-Daten auf Basis genehmigter Dokumente und Prozesse (z. B. MNS, SRA und QNA)
  • Erstellung, Verwaltung und Zuordnung von Wartungs- und Arbeitsaufträgen im CMMS
  • Ausgabe und Verwaltung von Kennzeichnungen (Tags) für Anlagen und Systeme
  • Archivierung papierbasierter Wartungs- und Arbeitsaufträge gemäß internen Vorgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen technischen Dokumentation und Datenintegrität
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Funktion
  • Vertraut mit GMP-Regularien und Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, ein technischer Hintergrund ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CMMS-Systemen, beispielsweise Blue Mountain, PEMAC, Maximo oder SAP
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Genauigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
