Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Empfang und Betreuung von Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Lieferscheinen im SAP-System
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Wareneingangs-, Auftrags- und Auslieferungspapieren
  • Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Kundenanfragen
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Bürotätigkeiten

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung und im Wareneingang von Vorteil
  • SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
