  • Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen und Angebotserstellung
  • Einkauf von Materialien sowie Kommunikation mit Lieferanten
  • Terminüberwachung und Koordination von Lieferungen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen
  • Unterstützung der Buchhaltung und des Controllings
  • Pflege von Stammdaten und Dokumenten
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Produktion und Logistik
  • ###### Deine Stärken
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann \(m/w/d\), Kaufmann für Büromanagement oder Speditionskaufmann \(m/w/d\)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise einem ERP-System
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein + PKW
