  • Die Stelle ist auf Teilzeit bis zu 30h/Woche angedacht und wird erst einmal auf 6 Monate befristet.

  • Direktanstellung
  • Ihre täglichen Aufgaben:
  • Überwachung und Planung von Ersatzlieferungen mit Kunden und Vertretern
  • Nachverfolgung der Rückgabe von Austauschteilen
  • Erfassen von Vorgängen (Support, Service und Reklamationen) und Prozessdokumentation
  • Organisation, Erfassung und Abrechnung von Serviceeinsätzen
  • Implementierung und Überwachung der Einhaltung der Code of Conduct Regeln
  • Reaktionsschnelle Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Angeboten und Bestellungen
  • Sicherstellen der ordnungsgemäßen Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen und Bestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Abteilungen von Angebot bis zur Berechnung
  • Schriftlich und mündliche Beratung des Kunden zu After Sales Service Angelegenheiten
  • Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Rücklieferungen und Kundenmaterial
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit technischer Fortbildung bzw. Fremdsprache // Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung >2 Jahre im industriellen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im Bereich After Sales Service von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse PLM/ ERP Systeme
  • Grundkenntnisse internationaler Verkauf
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Paket (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
  • Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • PKW und Führerschein
