Die Gutbrod Keramik GmbH ist ein traditionsreiches Unternehmen in der keramischen Industrie. Mit hoher handwerklicher Kompetenz und modernen Fertigungsprozessen stellen wir hochwertige keramische Produkte her. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Industriekeramikmeister oder Keramikmeister (m/w/d) für die Leitung unserer Gießerei und Verputzabteilung .

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Gießerei sowie der Verputzabteilung
  • Führung, Einteilung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter in beiden Bereichen
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten keramischen Produkte
  • Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen und Produktionsabläufen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Produktionsstandards

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industriekeramikmeister / Keramikmeister oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der keramischen Produktion , idealerweise im Gießverfahren
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationstalent
