Was Sie erwartet:

  • Lackieren von Stahlbauteilen
  • Vorbereiten und Anmischen von Beschichtungsstoffen, sowie die Bestandskontrolle der Beschichtungsstoffe am Lagerplatz der Beschichtungsstoffe
  • Auftragen von Grund- und Deckbeschichtungen
  • Qualitätssicherung durch z.B. Sicherstellung eines gleichmäßigen Spritzbildes, Überprüfung der Nass- und Trockenschichtstärke
  • Protokollierung von Umgebungsdaten wie Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit etc.
  • Reinigung und kleinere Wartungen der Lackieranlagen
  • eine spannende Tätigkeit im belebten Handwerk
  • Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben
  • Eine komplett neu errichtete und hochmoderne Freiflächenlackieranlage mit Zuluft durch Dralldüsen unter dem Warmdachaufbau und Bodenabsaugkanälen integriert in der Industriebodenplatte. Die Lackieranlage besteht grundlegend aus Komponenten wie einem Zu- und Abluftaggregat welches 50.000 m³ Raumluft pro Stunde umwälzt, einer elektrischen Steuereinheit mittels Schaltschrank, einem Bedientableau mit zusätzlicher Fernbedienung zur Sektorenauswahl des Arbeitsbereichs uvm.

 Was wir erwarten:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Lackierer o. Fahrzeuglackierer mit Industrieerfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung als Industrielackierer / Spritzlackierer in der Industrie
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten nach entsprechenden Vorgaben
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Ehrlichkeit
