Am 01.08.2026 kam es zu einem Betriebsübergang von der KMF Kemptener Maschinenfabrik GmbH zur KMF HYCO GmbH. Die KMF HYCO GmbH ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen der Montanhydraulik-Gruppe. Wir stellen hydraulische Baugruppen für mobile und stationäre Anwendungen her.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienen einer hochkomplexen neuen Lackieranlage mit automatischem Fördersystem inklusive Teilereinigung, Grundierroboter und Decklackierkabine im Schichtbetrieb
  • Durchführen von vor- und nachbereitenden Arbeiten wie z. B. das Auf- und Abhängen von Hydraulikzylindern sowie maskieren und demaskieren
  • Mitverantwortlich für die termingerechte Abarbeitung der zu lackierenden Hydraulikzylinder
  • Verantwortlich für die Kontrolle der Oberflächenqualität vor dem Versand
  • Bedienen der Hilfsmittel für das Auf- und Abhängen der Hydraulikzylinder
  • Fachgerechte Nacharbeit von Lackierfehlern
  • Wartung der Anlage (Filtertausch, Wassermessung usw.)

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Industrielackierer oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Teamfähigkeit und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im Mehrschichtbetrieb
