  • IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Sie arbeiten an einem Heller H2000 4-Achs-Bearbeitungszentrum und richten dieses selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich ein.
  • Sie fertigen Einzelteile, Kleinserien oder Serienteile nach Zeichnungsvorgabe an und dokumentieren diese mit Hilfe von Messprogrammen auf Maßgenauigkeit.
  • Sie arbeiten gemeinsam mit den Kollegen der NC-Programmierung an der ständigen Optimierung der Fräsprozesse.
  • Sie leiten unsere Maschinenbediener an.
  • Die Tätigkeit findet in Vollzeit und im 3-Schichtbetrieb statt.
  • IHR PROFIL
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrie- oder Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder besitzen eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie haben bereits Grundkenntnisse im 4-Achs-Fräsen und der Klartextprogrammierung.
  • Grundkenntnisse der Siemens 840D-Steuerung sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie besitzen ein hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sind flexibel und zuverlässig.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich, aber auch gerne im Team.
