Wir, die Firma Kibatec sind ein kleiner mittelständischer Metallbaubetrieb im Gewerbegebiet Farchet in Bad Tölz. Derzeit sind wir 13 Mitarbeiter. In der Hauptsache fungieren wie als Lohnfertiger für zahlreiche Werkzeugmaschinenbetriebe. Eigenkonstruktionen, sowie Projektausführungen gehören ebenso in unser Portfolio wie Gestellbau und Schweißkonstruktionen. Im Einzelnen umfasst das Aufgabengebiet folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Abkanten von einfachen bis komplexen Blechteilen aus Stahl, Edelstahl und Aluminium mithilfe von CNC-Abkantmaschinen
  • Rüsten, bedienen und einrichten der Abkantpresse
  • Erstellen von Biegeprogrammen für
  • Amada HFE 3I 1003
  • Hämmerle AP200 x 3600
  • Qualitätsprüfung der gefertigten Teile
  • Wartung und Instandhaltung der Anlage
  • Biegearbeiten hauptsächlich im Feinblechbereich von 1-29 mm

Voraussetzungen

Erfahrungen die Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich, optional Berufserfahrung an einer der beiden Maschinen bzw. Steuerungen
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Erfahrung bei diversen Metallbearbeitungsmaschinen
