Unser Unternehmen bietet seinen Kunden zuverlässige und hochpräzise Metallbe- und -verarbeitung im Bereich CNC-Fräsen verschiedenster Materialien wie Aluminium-, Guss-, Stahl-, Edelstahl- und Kunststoff.

In unserer modernen Produktionshalle mit über 1.200 Quadratmetern Fläche fertigen wir die Aufträge unserer Kunden aus den verschiedensten Branchen – präzise, effizient und termintreu. Unser Fokus liegt auf Musterfertigung und Serienteilfertigung – von Einzelkomponenten bis zu komplexen Baugruppen. Mit hochmodernen CNC-Bearbeitungszentren und intelligenter Automatisierungstechnik produzieren wir auf höchstem technischen Niveau.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Industriemechaniker/in (m/w/d) und bieten diese Stelle in Vollzeit (38,5 Std/ Woche) unbefristet an.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Anlagenbedienung & Rüstung: Selbstständiges Einrichten, Umrüsten und Bedienen von modernen, mehrachsigen CNC-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Automationsprozesse: Steuerung und Überwachung des automatisierten Fertigungsprozesses inklusive der dazugehörigen Handhabungs- und Bestückungssysteme
  • Programmierung & Optimierung: Einfahren von neuen Programmen, Optimieren von Schnittdaten und eigenständiges Vornehmen von Programmanpassungen direkt an der Maschine (Heidenhain-Steuerung)
  • Instandhaltung: Durchführen von Werkzeugwechseln, Qualitätskontrollen im Rahmen der Werkerselbstprüfung sowie Beheben von kleineren Störungen an den automatisierten Anlagen
  • Teileveredelung

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker/in oder Feinwerkmechaniker/in sind motiviert und lernfähig? Zudem haben Sie einen PKW, Roller oder vergleichbar, um Ihren Arbeitsort in Frasdorf zu erreichen?
