## Das erwartet Dich

  • Identifizieren und Analysieren von Schwachstellen sowie Potenzialen in der Produktionsabwicklung
  • Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Ablaufeffizienz
  • Unterstützung der Mechaniker bei Personalengpässen aufgrund von Krankheit oder Urlaub
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an unserem Qualitätsmanagementsystem
  • Umgehende Weitergabe besonderer Ereignisse an die Vorgesetzten

## Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Schlosser oder in einem ähnlichen Berufsfeld
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kosmetik, Lebensmittel, Pharma oder ähnlichen Branchen von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in leitender Position, etwa als Vorarbeiter oder Teamleiter
  • Proaktiv und kommunikativ
  • Stark in Teamarbeit, belastbar, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität für den 2-Schichtbetrieb und gelegentliche Samstagseinsätze
