Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einrichtung von CNC-gesteuerten Zerspanungsmaschinen durch Einlegen und Spannen von Werkstücken
  • Überwachung des Maschinenlaufs sowie Beseitigung von Störungen durch einfache Handgriffe
  • Wechsel vorbereiteter Werkzeuge nach Vorgabe, Bruch oder Verschleißanzeige
  • Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile einschließlich Dokumentation der Messergebnisse
  • Durchführung einfacher Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an der Maschine
  • Nacharbeitung fehlerhafter Teile und ggf. Prüfung der Grundeinstellung durch Musterstücke

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Fachrichtung Zerspannung, KFZ-Mechatroniker oder Ausbildung über die WeGeBAU als Industriemechaniker oder Maschinen- und Anlagenführer
  • Bereitschaft im 3-Schicht-Betrieb (inklusive Nachtschicht) zu arbeiten
  • Zu besonderen Zeiten (z.B. während Ferienzeiten) verlässliche Erreichbarkeit des Arbeitsplatzes zum vorgezogenen Schichtbeginn um 5 Uhr
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Sprachniveau B2)
  • zuverlässiges, selbstständiges, sowie teamorientiertes Arbeiten
