Die Gießerei Luitpoldhütte wurde 1883 als Hochofenwerk gegründet und gehört seit 2016 zur OGEPAR-Gruppe in Belgien. Das mittelständische Unternehmen mit Sitz in Amberg ist spezialisiert auf schwere, hochtechnische und kernintensive Gussteile aus GJL, GJS und GJV mit Stückgewichten bis zu 1.000 kg. Die Gussprodukte werden an nationale und internationale Kunden geliefert und finden im Landmaschinenbau, bei Motoren- und Motorenanbauteilen, in der Truck- und Off-Highway-Industrie sowie im Kältekompressoren- und im Schiffsbau ihre Verwendung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir aktuell für unsere technische Instandhaltung

Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Durchführung von Instandhaltungs-, Inspektions-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Anlagen und Maschinen im gesamten Betrieb
  • Durchführung von Instandsetzungsarbeiten in der Hauptwerkstatt
  • Mitwirkung bei der Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen
  • Inbetriebnahme und Einrichtung neuer Anlagen und Maschinen
  • Systematische Fehlersuche und schnelle Fehlerbeseitigung bei technischen Störungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung kleinerer Umbaumaßnahmen und Projekte
  • Einhaltung der geltenden Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Betriebsschlosser (m/w/d) oder Gießereimechaniker (m/w/d) und fundierte Berufskenntnisse
  • Grundkenntnisse und praktische Fertigkeiten im Schweißen, idealerweise in den Verfahren Elektro-, Autogen- und Plasmaschweißen
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Elektropneumatik und Hydraulik sind von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung wünschenswert
  • Schichtbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit am Wochenende
  • Teamfähigkeit
