Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Koordinierung und Umsetzung aller Aufgaben, die sich aus dem Zuständigkeitsbereich Kfz/Hydraulik ergeben sowie Erstellung von Arbeitsunterlagen und Arbeitsplänen
  • Bewertung von Prüfungen nach gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie festlegen der hieraus notwendigen Maßnahmen, Wartung, Inspektion und Instandhaltung vor Ort und auch Standortübergreifend
  • Auswahl, Einweisung, Aufsicht und Betreuung von Fremdfirmen
  • Prüfung von Flurförderzeugen und Schlauchleitungen sowie Auslegung und Neubeschaffung von Flurförderzeugen
  • Fehlersuche und Fehlerbeseitigung bei Hydraulik- und Pneumatikanlagen, sowie Vorbereitung der Druckspeicherprüfung zur TüV-Abnahme

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), als Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker (m/wd) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) in der Instandhaltung für Maschinentechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hydraulik und Pneumatik sowie im Lesen von Schaltplänen und technischen Zeichnungen
  • Kranführerschein, Staplerführerschein für Hüttenflurförderzeuge und Teleskopstapler mit Rotor sind zwingend notwendig
  • Befähigung zur Prüfung von Flurförderzeugen sowie Hydraulik-Schlauchleitungen sind erforderlich
