Ihre Aufgaben:

Herstellung von Frästeilen nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan, Erfassen von Bearbeitungs- und Rüstzeit, Download der Fertigungsprogramme, sowie Sichtung von Spannskizzen am I-PC
Einrichten und Spannen der Fertigungsteile
Erstellen oder anpassen von Programmen im Rahmen Werkstattprogrammierung (5 Achsen)
Werkzeugvoreinstellung mittels Voreinstellgerät UNO 20/40
Allgemeine Pflege des Werkzeugmagazin und Standardwerkzeugbelegung, Werkzeugkorrekturen
Sicherer Umgang mit Steuerung und Bedienung der Fräsmaschine
Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätskontrolle (gem. Anweisung Werker-Selbstprüfung)
Durchführung vorgegebener Prüfungen nach Arbeitsplan
Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungen nach Wartungsplan

Ihre Qualifikation:

CNC-Fachkraft (m/w/d) Fräsen oder Metall-Facharbeiter mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit 5-Achs Fräsmaschinen oder
Vakuumtisch Highspeedfräsen
Gute Kenntnis der Steuerung und Fertigungstechnologie
Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Mess- und Prüfmittel
Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem
