  • Ihre Aufgabe:
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Werkzeugmaschinen und Produktionsanlagen.
  • Analyse und Behebung von mechanischen und hydraulischen Störungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs.
  • Austausch und Justierung von mechanischen und hydraulischen Bauteilen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer Maschinen und Anlagen.
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
  • kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d), oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Berufsfeld.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, idealerweise im Bereich Werkzeugmaschinen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Mechanik sowie in hydraulischen Systemen (z. B. Hydraulikpumpen, Schaltpläne).
  • Technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Fehleranalysen selbstständig durchzuführen.
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit.
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und gelegentlichem Bereitschaftsdienst.
