Wir suchen für ein produzierendes Unternehmen aus der Metallindustrie mit Sitz in Gütersloh für den nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) für die Produktion

Was Sie erwartet:

  • Einrichtung, Umrüstung und Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen in der Blechverarbeitung
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Produktionsablauf
  • Montage und Bearbeitung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen nach technischen Zeichnungen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsprozesses
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen und Unterstützung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Schlosser (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktion oder Metallverarbeitung wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie handwerkliches Geschick
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
