  • Aufgabengebiet
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an automatisierten Produktionsanlagen der Batteriefertigung
  • -Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von mechanischen, pneumatischen, hydraulischen sowie mechatronischen Störungen
  • -Überwachung, Optimierung und Anpassung von Produktionsanlagen sowie Unterstützung bei Umrüstungen, Anlagenumbauten und Betriebsmittelanpassungen
  • -Durchführung von Inspektionen, Funktionsprüfungen und Zustandsbewertungen an mechanischen Komponenten, Fördertechnik, Antriebssystemen und Sicherheitseinrichtungen
  • -Dokumentation der durchgeführten Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Anlagenmechaniker oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
  • -Erfahrung in der Fehlersuche und Störungsbehebung an mechanischen, pneumatischen und automatisierten Produktionsanlagen
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Wartungsunterlagen, Messmitteln sowie mechanischen und pneumatischen Komponenten
  • -Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • -Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3- bis 4-Schicht-Betrieb
  • -Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrif
