## Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

Bedienen der Automatiklinie und Sicherstellen eines effizienten, störungsfreien Zink- und Chromprozesses für unsere Embossing-Tools

Vorbereiten der Embossing-Tools und Bestücken der Galvanik-Anlage

Durchführen von Qualitätsprüfungen — tägliche Prozessprüfung sowie wöchentliche Analyse der galvanischen Bäder

Aufrechterhalten der Chemikalien-Füllstände in der Galvanik-Linie

Pflege und Wartung der Anlagen (Polierer, Entfettung, Zinkbad, Chrombad, Aluvorbehandlung, Laserfinish, Wasseraufbereitung)

Beheben kleinerer Maschinenstörungen sowie eigenständige Durchführung von Reparaturen

Unterstützung des CNC-Operators in der Spätschicht

Das bringst du mit:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen oder gewerblichen Bereich

Quereinsteiger sind willkommen, wenn du technisch fit bist und gerne präzise arbeitest, bringen wir dir alles Weitere bei

Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Produktionsmaschinen wünschenswert, aber kein Muss

Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 2-3-Schichtbetrieb in Vollzeit

Qualitätsbewusstsein und präzise Arbeitsweise

Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit zum eigenständigen Arbeiten
