apilion machines + services GmbH  ist weltweiter Technologieführer in der Herstellung von vollautomatischen Bewehrungsschweißmaschinen.

Das Maschinenprogramm umfasst Maschinen zur Herstellung von Bewehrungskörben für bewehrte Betonrohre, Schächte, Rahmenprofile, Masten, Pfähle, Bohrpfähle, Druckrohre, Vortriebsrohre, sowie andere Fertigteile aus Beton.

Mehrere Hundert Bewehrungsschweißmaschinen schweißen überall auf dem Globus Tag für Tag unzählige Meter von Bewehrungskörben, zur vollen Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mechanische und z.T. elektrische Montage unserer Maschinen im Werk und bei unseren internationalen Kunden vor Ort
  • Arbeiten nach vorgegebenen Konstruktions- und Einzelteilzeichnungen
  • Manuelles und maschinelles Bearbeiten von Werkstücken
  • Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metallbauer
  • Umgang mit MAG Schweißverfahren
  • Bereitschaft und Motivation zur weltweiten Inbetriebnahme unserer Maschinen
  • Selbständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
