Ihre Aufgaben:
Analyse relevanter Leistungskennzahlen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung gezielter Maßnahmen
Planung, Leitung und Implementierung von Prozessoptimierungen und Verbesserungsprojekten
Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von End-to-End-Prozessen
Wahrnehmung einer zentralen Schnittstellenfunktion
Verantwortung für eine vorausschauende Produktions-, Kapazitäts- und Auftragsplanung zur Sicherstellung einer hohen und nachhaltigen Lieferperformance
Führung und gezielte Weiterentwicklung des Teams

Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Operations Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Kommunikationssicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache
Führungs- und Berufserfahrung in den genannten Bereichen wünschenswert
Fundiertes Verständnis komplexer Produktions-, Logistik- und Liefernetzwerke sowie deren Zusammenhänge und Abhängigkeiten
Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in der Kapazitätsplanung sowie im Auftrags-, Liefer- und Forecast-Management
Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Umsetzung von Prozess-, Organisations- und Transformationsprojekten
Sehr gute ERP-/SAP-Kenntnisse sowie hohe Affinität zu Kennzahlen, Analysen und datenbasierten Entscheidungsprozessen
