Ihre Aufgaben

  • Taggenaue Planung der Materiallieferungen für einen Zeithorizont von bis zu 4 Wochen
  • Taggenaue Planung der Einwaage für einen Zeithorizont von bis zu 4 Wochen
  • Laufende Abstimmung mit Planung, Produktion, Logistik und Quality
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Produktionslisten
  • Koordination der Chargenprotokollierung (Batch Record / BRC)
  • Anfragen, Verwaltung und Ausgabe von Batch Records (BRC)
  • Laufende Abstimmung mit der Produktion zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Erstellung von Transfer Requests (TR) und Transfer Orders (TO)
  • Umwandlung von Transportbedarfen in konkrete Transportaufträge
  • Durchführung von Verfügbarkeitschecks der benötigten Materialien
  • Übernahme des SAP Key User Supports für die Produktion nach entsprechender Einarbeitungszeit

Ihr Profil

  • Ausgeprägte SAP Affinität und Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen im Bereich Projektplanung oder Logistik
  • Erfahrungen als Planner bzw. Scheduler wünschenswert
  • Akkurate Arbeitsweise
  • Prozessverständnis
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Auch Bewerber:innen mit laufendem Studium sind willkommen
