### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter im Produktionsbereich
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
  • Ãœberwachung und Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen
  • Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Planung und Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Schulung und Unterweisung von Mitarbeitern
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Qualitätssicherung und Management

### Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister (z. B. Metall, Elektrotechnik, Chemie, Kunststoff)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Produktionsplanung und -steuerung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
