Deine Aufgaben:

  • Schleifen und Bearbeiten von Metall- und Feinblechbauteilen aus Edelstahl und Aluminium
  • Entgraten von Stanz-, Laser- und Kantteilen
  • Schleifen und Nachbearbeiten von Schweißnähten
  • Oberflächenbearbeitung und Vorbereitung für die weitere Beschichtung
  • Arbeiten mit Schleifmaschinen und Schleifwerkzeugen
  • Durchführung von Sicht- und Qualitätskontrolle
  • Nachbearbeitung von Bauteilen nach Qualitätsvorgaben

WAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Deutsch gutes A1
  • Führerschein und Auto / Mobilität☒ja☐nein von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Schleif- und Entgratmaschinen, idealerweise des Herstellers LISSMAC, von Vorteil.
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Metallbearbeitung
  • Grundkenntnisse im Schleifen und Entgraten von Metallteilen
  • Umgang mit Winkelschleifern, Bandschleifern und Handwerkzeugen
  • Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von Edelstahl, Aluminium und Stahl von Vorteil
  • Nachbearbeitung von Schweißnähten und Blechkanten
  • Einfache Sicht- und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Grundverständnis für Arbeitssicherheit und den Umgang mit Schutzausrüstung
