In der Rolle als Industry Lead PV (m/w/d) führst du die Markt-, Portfolio- und Wettbewerbsstrategie für das PV-Geschäft und sorgst für klare, zukunftsorientierte Weichenstellungen.Deine Mission – das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Strategieentwicklun: Du entwickelst Go-to-Market- und Wettbewerbsstrategien und stellst die Abstimmung mit allen Schlüsselbereichen sicher
  • Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalyse: Du beobachtest kontinuierlich Markt- und Technologietrends, Geschäftsmodelle, Kundenanforderungen und regulatorische Entwicklungen
  • Portfolio- & Business Development: Du bewertest Portfolioinitiativen, steuerst Produkt- und Feature-Entwicklungen und entwickelst neue Geschäftsmodelle
  • Pricing & Wettbewerbsfähigkeit: Du definierst strategische Preismodelle und setzt Maßnahmen zur Stärkung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit um
  • Kunden- & Marktpräsenz: Du repräsentierst das Portfolio bei Kundenterminen und Events und unterstützt Key Accounts mit technischer und kommerzieller Expertise
  • Dein Profil – das bringst du mit
  • Studium im Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, der Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder einem ähnlichen technischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produkt- oder Projektmanagement technischer Systeme, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung
  • Fundiertes Wissen in Portfolio-/Produktmanagement sowie finanzieller Steuerung
  • Verständnis für Marktmechanismen erneuerbarer Kraftwerke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie strategisches Urteilsvermögen und Entscheidungsstärke
