What You’ll Do:

• •Provide nurturing, responsive, and individualized care for infants and toddlers
• •Create a safe, warm, and stimulating environment that supports early development and secure attachments
• •Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based experiences that support sensory, motor, language, and social-emotional development
• •Observe and document children’s growth and milestones
• •Partner closely with families to support each child’s unique needs and routines
• •Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times
• •Maintain compliance with California Title 22 regulations and program policies

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• •ECE Units required under California Title 22 for Infant/Toddler Teachers (including Infant/Toddler units, as applicable)
• •Ability to pass a criminal background check
• •CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• •Valid California Teaching Permit or willingness to obtain upon hire
• •A calm, patient, and nurturing approach with a genuine passion for early childhood development

Bonus Qualifications (Preferred):

• •Knowledge of DRDP (Infant/Toddler) implementation
• •Basic knowledge of the Environment Rating Scale (ITERS)
• •Experience working in an infant or toddler classroom
